Quality Mobile Homes, Inc. opened their doors in November of 1989 with Jerry Goetz and Tom Seybert as its co-owners. From the start, Jerry and Tom set out to create a business dedicated to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Holding true to their values, this ambitious pair expanded their company rapidly, buying new locations and growing the Quality Mobile Homes family.

In 1995 Jerry semi-retired, and Tom purchased Jerry’s interest in the company to become sole owner. The company continued to grow in Tom’s care, selling a total of over 6,000 homes since its inception. It operates from three separate locations: Yulee, Middleburg and Normandy, with the corporate office in Mandarin. This means more options for their manufactures and customers. Quality Mobile Homes also has the distinction of receiving the prestigious customer satisfaction award from Fleetwood Homes--a nationally recognized award--12 years in a row.

Not only does Quality Mobile Homes pride itself on taking care of their manufacturers and customers, it is one of the very few manufactured home dealerships that offer full medical benefits--dental and vision plans. It also boasts a 401k plan which has a sustained return of over 20% since its commencement in 1996.
