Tom Seybert
President/Owner
After graduating from The University of Arkansas Little Rock in 1981 with a degree in business, Tom got his start in the mobile home industry in Fort Worth, Texas in 1982. After being in the business for a few years, he realized the great opportunities that this business could offer. Tom started Quality Homes in 1989 in Jacksonville, Florida and has been the leader in growing his business for nearly 35 years. Tom lives in Ponte Vedra Beach and loves spending time golfing, spending time with his grandchildren, and of course his sweet rescue dog, Bailey.
Katie Grout
Vice president
Katie has been a part of Quality Homes since 2016. After graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Art Education in 2008, she spent 7 years as a first grade teacher in Duval County. She then got her Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida in 2016 before deciding to join her dad in the family business. Katie enjoys spending time with her family, making art, and cooking!
