Tom Seybert
President/Owner
After graduating from The University of Arkansas Little Rock in 1981 with a degree in business, Tom got his start in the mobile home industry in Fort Worth, Texas in 1982. After being in the business for a few years, he realized the great opportunities that this business could offer. Tom started Quality Homes in 1989 in Jacksonville, Florida and has been the leader in growing his business for nearly 35 years. Tom lives in Ponte Vedra Beach and loves spending time golfing with his friends and family, and of course his sweet rescue dog, Bailey.
Katie Grout
Vice president
Katie has been a part of Quality Homes since the summer of 2016. After graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Art Education in 2008, she spent 7 years as a first grade teacher in Duval County. She then got her Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida in 2016 before she decided to join her dad in the family business. She is our Realtor on – staff as well. Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her newest addition welcomed in January 2021, baby boy Ollie!
Patty Gadoury
Office manager
Patty has been employed with Quality Homes since 2001. She went to high school at Sandalwood Sr. High in Jacksonville, Florida. She loves spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren and watching her sons race at the dirt track.
Steven Tanner
housing consultant
Steve was born and raised in Green Cove Springs and has an extensive career in sales and management. He joined Quality Homes in 2023 and enjoys meeting people and helping them find their forever home! Steve enjoys working on cars, football, and spending time with family.
